Administrators' Round Table IS GOING VIRTUAL!
for IACS Administrators, Principals & School Leaders

Following input provided by IACS school leaders, the Administrators RoundTable is transitioning to a convenient online format consisting of five one-hour virtual sessions from July through April. Each meeting will focus on topics especially relevant to IACS administrators and will provide opportunities to learn from one another, discuss current challenges, and share creative solutions that strengthen our schools and ministries.

What can I expect?

Though our format is now virtual, the spirit of the IACS Administrators RoundTable remains unchanged. These online sessions are designed to foster candid discussion, practical encouragement, and meaningful interaction among Christian school leaders who understand both the blessings and challenges of educational ministry.
Participants are encouraged to engage openly by sharing ideas, asking questions, and discussing solutions to issues facing their schools and ministries. Because we recognize our shared dependence upon the Lord’s wisdom and guidance, there may also be times when we pause to pray together for specific needs represented among our schools. To help guide each session, we are asking administrators to submit discussion topics and questions in advance based on the issues most relevant to their ministries. Depending on the topic, meetings may include guest presenters, panel discussions, or interactive conversations led by experienced school leaders within the IACS fellowship.
