Purpose

One of the goals of Christian education is to provide opportunities for students to follow the example of our Savior who “increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man” (Luke 2:52). The IACS Bible, Academic & Fine Arts Competition (FABA) provides a platform for nurturing and developing students’ God-given gifts and talents through mentoring relationships with experienced Christian leaders. No matter their age or maturity level, students can learn the value of discipline and hard work as they prepare for their event(s). Ultimately, participants who apply themselves and prepare diligently are better prepared to serve the Lord with excellence for the rest of their lives.
