Student Leadership Conference
The 2020 Student Leadership Conference will be held on Monday, September 21, 2020, at Crosspointe Christian Academy, 220 Country Club Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46234. Sessions begin at 9:00 a.m. and conclude at 3:00 p.m. The theme for this year is "The Biblical Leader and His Choices"
SLC is designed for grades 9-12. We strongly encourage every school to bring as many students as possible. There are separate sessions for sponsors, PLUS Strategy Discussion, Case Studies, Follow-up Projects for ongoing training.
Mr. Brent Floyd will be this year's host and coordinator. Former coordinator, Mr. Phillip Woods, stated this following the 2017 conference: "The atmosphere was good. The speakers were great! The principles presented are life changing! I consider SLC to be a vital piece of our school’s spiritual emphasis for each year. If you have never attended, I would encourage you to make this event a priority for next school year and come at least one time."
Due to the pandemic and Crosspointe church auditorium size, we are limiting the conference to the first 150 registrants. We are recommending that your 10th-12th graders have priority before registering any 9th graders.
